By using the Professional Junk Removal Los Angeles website or requesting service, you agree to the following terms.
Estimates
All estimates are free. Submitting a form does not guarantee appointment availability or final price until confirmed. Final pricing is provided after our crew sees the items in person and is based on volume, weight, access, labor, disposal fees, and item type.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Same-day and next-day appointments are subject to crew availability. We do our best to honor preferred dates but reserve the right to reschedule. Please give us a call as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Hazardous Materials & Paint
We handle it all — including hazardous waste, asbestos, and other tough materials most haulers turn down. To be upfront and clear: paint is accepted for an additional charge. The extra fee depends on the quantity (number of cans or gallons) and the type of paint — latex, oil-based, aerosol/spray, or wood stain — because each one has different disposal requirements. Tell us roughly how much and what kind you have when you book and we'll give you an exact quote up front, no surprises on the day of pickup.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods; ask about options when you book.
Liability
We take care to protect your property during removal. Our liability for accidental damage is limited to direct repair or replacement of the affected item. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, items left in unsafe conditions, or hazardous materials concealed inside removed items.
Use of the Website
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting our forms. You will not misuse the site, attempt to overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
